The location is very good if you can afford to Grab everywhere. It's in a quiet area itself (though the sound-proofing needs some work) so you'll have a very peaceful stay. The staff are lovely and very helpful as everyone is in Thailand - but learn your sawadeekrap and khopkhunkraps. If you're not the partying type at the cesspit that is khaosan road, I would ask the locals for their favourite food and restaurants and go there. The bed was really comfortable as was the pillows so you'll get a good night's sleep. The water pressure in the showers was strong. The air conditioning was very effective and didn't falter. The breakfast is decent but I would personally just go out and get something a bit more hearty and local. I wouldn't hesitate to book here if I was you. Just get it over with. You're welcome.

Is a beautiful colonial house in a quiet place in the center,the staff is smiling and always gentle and helpful all the house is very clean and the toilets and showers.. I suggest to explore the canal street and meet some locals they have also small markets and near the house an amazing skate shop with t shirts unique made from the artist friends of the owner peter

This was an amazing experience staying at a hostel boutique. Beautifully restored home centrally located in the middle of Bangkok within walking distance numerous sights (Giant Swing, Temples, Khaosan Road, Democracy Square, etc.). Staff will set up taxi service and make recommendations when asked. Breakfast is amazing and the staff is outstanding. Made our stay so very special and memorable. Make sure you get a room with a bathroom. I would definitely visit again. There are numerous great restaurants in walking distance (we ate at the Din had a great happy hour and right next door to Din is another good place). There are 7 Eleven’s, banks, currency exchanges, Amazon Cafe right outside the hotel.If you like to walk and check out a city this is the place to stay or you can easily get a taxi to make it places faster. You can see and experience city life during your stay.

The location is amazing - it's set in a quiet backstreet but only minutes away on foot from the main tourist areas. The wooden building is beautiful and very atmospheric. The staff couldn't possibly be nicer and the breakfast (served in the nice patio) was tasty and very filling. I had a room with a shared bathroom/toilet but the bathroom was totally clean and I never even met any of the other guests there so it almost felt like having a private one.

This is a back alley property off a busy street, but amazingly, at night it's completely quiet. It's a small house converted to rooms, friendly staff, good location near Monument to Democracy. A bit far from the nearest MTR but buses nearby. Tip is to take the Khlong Saen Saep Boat to or from the Sukhumvit area. Fast and fun - can save an hour. Would definitely stay again. Good wifi.
